The stencil I'm highlighting today is called Mid Century Starballs Diamond Mask:

I used one of the tags from the Tag Trio die set from Gina K Designs, cut from watercolor paper. I spritzed some Mica Spray Stain on it and let it dry before applying Scorched Timber Distress Oxide ink through the stencil, then I embossed that with a clear sparkly embossing powder. I added a sentiment from Unity Stamp Co. and some rhinestone stickers for bling, then tied a ribbon from my stash through it.
