 Hi all!  So I'm sure I'll be posting more creations using their awesome products, but today is my final project as a guest designer for A Colorful Life Designs!  I saved my absolute favorite project for last - I just LOVED how this background came out and how the whole thing came together.

I used the Cloud Edger stencil from A Colorful Life Designs, along with a layered moon stencil from Spellbinders and this beautiful fox stamp from Creative Expressions, stamped directly on the background clouds. I stamped the sentiment and used some sparkly embossing powder on that and the fox to finish it off.  Peace.

 We finally got some nice weather here on the East coast... it was 85 yesterday!  My daughter brought the grandkids over and we played outside with the water table & kiddie pool, it was so nice to feel like Summer!

Today I have another creation for my guest designer spot at A Colorful Life Designs.  I used the Double Honeycomb stencil on my Gelli plate and I just LOVED the design that came out with this pull!  It was one of my favorites! I used the Visible Image Bee Happy stamp set.  I stamped the pollen & the sentiment directly on the background paper, then stamped the big bee out with embossing ink & sparkly embossing powder - colored her in with markers and glitter on her wings and attached her to the card with foam dimensional tape.  I added a crown charm as a finishing touch.

 I have really been having a great time guest designing for A Colorful Life Designs this month!  I was really happy with the stencils that I chose to play with and I'm sure I'll purchase more since they are such great quality and there are so many fun designs!

I used the awesome Double Honeycomb Stencil from A Colorful Life Designs with my Gelli plate, along with the gorgeous bee stamp/sentiment from Visible Image.  Finished off with a paper flower.  Peace.

 I recently discovered this stamp company called Visible Image and I absolutely love their stamps for mixed media projects, but they also work well for cards!  This one is called Total Chaos.  The sentiment stamps/dies are from Simon Says Stamp.

I used the Halftone Circle Stencil and the Cloud Etcher Stencil from A Colorful Life Designs and created a rainbow effect.  I added a snarky sticker sentiment to finish it off.  Peace.

 It's a rainy and dreary day here in central Massachusetts, I just got back from taking my 3 adorable granddaughters and my daughter to lunch.  I always have so much fun with them.

I made an altered mini canvas (3x3) using the Double Honeycomb stencil from A Colorful Life Designs.  I added a polaroid die and a bee that I printed on yellow cardstock and added glitter to his wings.  Sentiment stamp is from Woodware Craft Collection.  Peace.

Queen Bee

 Happy Friday!  I've had one of those weeks where one thing after another seems to go wrong. I'm glad it's Friday - I'm looking forward to celebrating Cinco de Mayo with a few friends, margaritas, and fajitas on Sunday!  Bring on the weekend!

Today I have another creation for my guest designer spot at A Colorful Life Designs.  I am entering this into the:

Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge:  Feminine 

I used the Double Honeycomb Stencil (which is my FAVORITE!) on a mini canvas (3 inch) using acrylic paints and black permanent ink.  I grabbed some scraps of paper I had from my Gelli Plate and used some alphabet dies to make the "QUEEN BEE" sentiment.  I sponged around the edges of BEE and covered the whole thing with a transparent sealing glue. I used Lindy's Magicals on the crown and finished it off with some gemstone stickers.  I was quite pleased with this one - I had so much fun playing with this stencil and creating several different projects.  I look forward to sharing the rest throughout the month!  Peace.
