The image I used is called Bird on my Fairy Toes from Sami Stamps.  I printed on Kraft cardstock, paper-pieced her clothes and colored the rest with Prismacolor pencils & mineral spirits.  Added some pink Stickles to her wings and the birds - finished it off with buttons down the side.  Papers are from My Mind's Eye.  Peace.
