Wine is Cheaper than Therapy

Good morning!!!  We have a new challenge for you today at: Color Dare #711

Here is my creation:

I used my Distress Spray Stains on watercolor paper to create the background, then stamped the image & sentiments (Visible Image Stamps) directly on the background with Versafine Black and embossed with clear embossing powder (the wine was stamped with Candied Apple Distress Ink and also embossed with clear embossing powder). I used a scrap of previously distressed cardstock to die cut a frame from and then attached it with foam dots.

I'd like to enter this into the following challenges:

Crafty Catz - Anything Goes

Lil Patch of Crafty Friends - Anything Goes

Alphabet Challenge - E is for Embossing

Thanks for visiting! Peace.

  8. What a fun card, I love the combination of red and purple. It's one I don't see very often, but you made it work in an excellent way. Wine motif and quote couldn't be more perfect, and the embossed frame is such a nice addition to your project. Thanks for joning the Alphabet challenge.

    Hugs, Veronika
