I had to make a paper embellished wand for a Halloween swap I participated in, and this was what I came up with! I used papers from my stash, a black cat die cut, and the word MAGIC reverse die. I decorated sturdy straws with sparkly tissue paper and tied some ribbons around them. I used foam tape to attach the 2 circle punches together (this shows each side). Peace.
