I created my background with Lindy's Magicals and my handheld air blower thingy (very technical, I know, do try to keep up... LOL) - then I simply stamped the circles (Funky Fossil) and the sentiment (no idea) with Versafine Black and embossed with clear embossing powder. Peace.
