I used a sweet mermaid image from Heather Ellis, colored with alcohol markers and the pearl was added with some "Pops of Color" from Scrapbook.com. Sentiment was stamped & embossed with white embossing powder. Background was made with my Gelli Plate and a stencil. Peace.

I made my background on some kraft packing paper using acrylic paints and my Gelli Plate along with some stencils. I colored the mermaid with alcohol markers & Stickles. Peace.

I used a bunch of stuff from my stash to piece together the card (that's a pinkish red envelope behind it), I love the layers and the HAPPINESS sentiment. Got back from California Tuesday night - spent yesterday re-acclimating to real life and now I'm back! We had a WONDERFUL time away and attended the most fun wedding I've ever been to. I colored my image with alcohol markers and used a fun die for the cut-out section to showcase the colorful paper behind it. Finished off with a sentiment sticker and some gemstone stickers.

I've been on a mermaid kick lately. Maybe it's because my middle granddaughter, Lisey (Bean/Beanie/Lisey Beans - real name Analiz LOL) absolutely LOVES mermaids.
