I used the Op Art Bench stencil from A Colorful Life Designs for the background, it totally reminded me of a Big Top circus tent! LOL I stamped one of the clowns from the Clowns set at CC Designs with Versafine Black directly on the card, embossed with clear embossing powder, colored with Copics. I applied Diamond Glaze to the balloon, sponged the edges of the card, and added a few rhinestone stickers. Peace.
