For the background, I applied black ink through my Celtic Mask stencil from A Colorful Life Designs (use code JennFan10 for 10% off), then I used a smaller stencil with a similar pattern on another shade of green cardstock. I matted that on a piece of orange cardstock and die cut an orange shamrock to layer behind him. I printed out the leprechaun from Drawn with Character, colored with Copics, Stickles, and a white gel pen, fussy cut, and attached with foam dimensional tape. I added a sentiment from TLC Creations (digi) to finish it off.
