be brave with your life

I wanted to slide one more project in for:

The Paper Player #775 - Mythical Creatures

It also fits the following challenges:

Simon Says Stamp Monday - Make Your Own Background

Simon Says Stamp Wednesday - Make it Cute

Just Add Ink #780 - Stencils, Dies, or Both

I created my background with the Cloud Edger stencil from A Colorful Life Designs (use code JennFan10 for 10% off anything at the ACLD shop!). If I had to guess, I'd say this is the most used stencil in my stash. Stamps are from Mama Elephant, Me & My Dragon - I stamped with Versafine Black and embossed with clear embossing powder. I colored with Copics, fussy cut, and attached with foam dimensional tape. I added a sticker sentiment from a Tim Holtz book. Peace.

  1. Your green dragon is adorable and I love the stormy cloud background you created, I'm sure that dragon will get his rider safely to the castle. Wouldn't it be amazing to ride a dragon? Thanks for playing along with us again at The Paper Players!

  2. Your stenciled cloudy sky looks amazing Jenn! I have to agree that my 3 cloud stencils are the ones I reach for most frequently. Love that sweet dragon with his precious rider. Super cute design and fabulous sentiment. Thank you for playing along a second time this week at the Paper Players!
