Soooo excited for my girl to come home in 3 days, 15 hours, and 24 minutes... hee hee I miss her so much! AND I also can't wait to see her friend Missy, who is coming to stay with us for 2 weeks. I booked our rooms at Santa Cruz for one week from Wednesday, that should be a lot of fun. We're just going for one night, then we'll do some other fun stuff like the beach, the zoo, etc. We have to take Missy out sight-seeing, as she's never been here - so we'll probably do some driving up North as well as down South. Cannot wait!
Spent all day yesterday in my craft room and made this card for the:
and
I just bought this sweet Alice image from Some Odd Girl and had already printed her out and colored her when I saw the current challenge at The Altered Alice - worked out perfectly! The papers are digi papers - I don't know about you all, but I have more DP than I could ever use. I certainly have no excuse buying MORE - but I can't stop myself. I get tired of using the same ones, even though I love them! LOL And I run out of my favorite colors/color schemes quicker - red is one of the ones I almost never have! So anyway, digi paper is my friend. I am amazed at how many free digi papers and packs you can find online. Google is your friend - use it!
I also decided to play along with the:
and I combined it with the:
This image is a freebie that the very generous Berenice posted on the Karber Facebook page - and I paired her with some yellow digi papers I had, cuz I was just in a yellow mood. Added a little silver handbag charm (I seem to be in love with this charm), and done. Peace.
I love a girly card and polka dots! This is too fun and the little purse charm is just perfect! Thanks so much for joining us this week at Sweet Sketch Wednesday.
