I Love You ALOTL!

Hello there!  Can you believe it's almost Valentine's Day? I love to make special cards for my sweet granddaughters, and Valentines Day is a good excuse to do that!  My oldest, Raeana (RaeRae) is 7 and LOVES axolotls! LOL  So this card is for her, and I'd like to enter it into the following challenges:

Passion for Markers - Add Some Red

Little Red Wagon - Picturing Love

Fab n Funky - Love is All Around

A Place to Start - AG/Optional Small Critters

Simon Says Stamp Wednesday - Add a Heart

I used a heart stencil on the little cards below, so I used the reverse stencil technique on this card, giving it an almost watercolor look. I sponged the edges in Candied Apple Red. I printed out the axolotl, colored with Copics, fussy cut, and attached with foam dimensional tape. I printed out the sentiments on cardstock, cut to fit and sponged the edges in red before attaching to the card.

And here are the ATC-sized Valentines I made for her to give out to her class (green for boys, pink for girls - the 2 bigger cards are for her teachers):

Thanks for visiting! Peace.

  9. An adorable card, which your granddaughter will love. I'm sorry that it's not eligible for our challenge, as you don't seem to have a stamped image on your card. Thank you so much for joining us in our challenge at We Love Stamping. Good Luck and I hope you will join us in our next challenge.
