This stencil is called Celtic Mask:
I applied Bundled Sage Distress Oxide Ink through the Celtic Mask stencil to create the background. I then stamped the flower & Pisces sentiment (Unity Stamp Co.) with Versafine Black and embossed with clear embossing powder. I colored the flower with the same Bundled Sage ink and used a deckled edge circle die to cut it out. I'd like to enter this into the following challenges:
