Papers are from Doodlebug Designs. I used a die cut from Tim Holtz and the digi stamp is called Wicked Elphaba and Glinda from Star Stamps, colored with Copics and fussy cut before attaching with foam dimensional tape.

Papers are from Doodlebug Design - I die cut the tag and mushroom and used a circle punch for the sentiment. Image is an old digi (no longer available) from CC Designs called Swiss Pixies Mushroom Girl. I colored her with Copics and Stickles, fussy cut, and attached her to the tag with foam dimensional tape. Peace.
