I created my background by using the Circle Moon stencil from A Colorful Life Designs (use code JennFan10 for 10% off!), I did the reverse stencil technique and then used some sparkly paste for dimension on the moon. Sentiment & witch stamp are from Mama Elephant - stamped with Versafine Black and embossed with clear embossing powder. I colored with Copics and attached the little witch with foam dimensional tape. Peace.
