You Shine So Bright & Happy Bee-Day!

Hello all!  My oldest granddaughter, my sweet Raerae, graduates from kindergarten today!  Time just flies, it's crazy. Here she is on the day she was born:

And here she is at her dance recital last weekend with the card I made her:

I'm very lucky to have a special bond and close relationship with my daughter AND all 3 of my granddaughters. I created my background by using the ink smooshing technique on a piece of watercolor paper. I only used one color ink - Fossilized Amber. I applied the ink to the cardstock and used my heat tool to dry it before re-applying ink and drying it again several times. I stamped the images from the Tiny Townie Busy Bee set from Stamping Bella directly on the background with Versafine Black, embossed with clear embossing powder, colored her with Copics, then used some Glossy Accents on her glasses. I stamped the bee out separately and fussy cut him, then attached with foam dimensional tape. I finished it off with a honeycomb die cut. Peace.
