I created my background and my die cut panel by blending Distress Oxide Ink on watercolor paper. I then stamped out Floral Shells from Pink & Main with Versafine Black and embossed with sparkly clear embossing powder. I colored with Copics and fussy cut, then attached to the panel with foam dimensional tape. I added a few pearl stickers. The sentiment was stamped directly on the background with Versafine Black and embossed with Sparkly Embossing Powder. Peace.
