Hello all - I hope you are all having a wonderful day today! I went to North Carolina for a couple days with my hubby in our RV (we live in Massachusetts) and we went digging and creeking in an emerald mine. It was so much fun! We didn't find any emeralds but we did find lots of cool quarts, agates, some jasper, carnelian, mica, fool's gold, quartz, granite, and a couple small pieces of amethyst! We are going to go do it again in New Hampshire in a couple months!
I'd like to enter the card below into the following challenges:
C.R.A.F.T. - Spring/Easter/Anything Goes
A Place to Start - Black, White, and Red
Crafty Catz #691 - Anything Goes
I created my background by blending Candied Apple and Black Soot Distress Oxide Inks on watercolor paper. I used black cardstock to cut the flower die cut, then stamped the sentiment directly on the background with Versafine Black and embossed with clear embossing powder. I added some gemstone stickers to finish it off. Peace.
This is very beautiful, the lovely blended background is perfect with the elegant die cut flower and the beautiful sentiment. Thank you for sharing at Crafty Catz.

So lovely! Beautiful background design. The black die cut flower makes a great silhouette on the colorful water colors. Thanks for sharing with A Cut Above's April "Anything Goes With A Die Cut" Challenge.
