Hello there! Oh man, have I mentioned how much I love long weekends? It's just so sweet knowing I have one more day off... one more night to stay up late (late for me is later than 9:30... hee hee). I'm such a rebel. ;) I had breakfast with one of our fellow crafty friends yesterday, Regan! It was so nice to meet her and I'm so glad she made the effort before I move away! One of the things we talked about was die-cutting machines, and my lack of having one is wearing on me. What machine do you all have, and what advice can you give me? I'm considering the Big Shot but I saw the "Sizzix Vagabond Machine Inspired by Tim Holtz" and now I'm sorta kinda leaning towards that! What do you all think?

I have a couple of things to share today - first is my card for the:
I used Cinders, a Princess, from Saturated Canary, colored with Prismacolor markers, Prismacolor pencils & mineral spirits. DP is from My Mind's Eye. I kept it simple because I think the image is pretty enough to remain the focal point.
Next is my card for:
I used Dressy Ebony, a digi image from The Greeting Farm, colored with Prismacolor pencils & mineral spirits and Copic markers. I found the umbrella template online and paper-pieced it with DP from My Mind's Eye. Peace.
Love your Cinders, have just coloured one in blue for a Disney layout. The second one is so pretty love the umbrella. Machines, now that is a question LOL, I bought the Sizzix Eclipse which I liked but they did not bring out many cartridges so switched to the Cricut, which I LOVE!!!!! Also still use my little cuttlebug for more traditional dies etc. I would look around, check out youtube when you think you have decided, for lots of tutorials, don't rush in Like I did and end up making a BIG purchase mistke. Hope this helps, take care and would love to know what you decide on, take care, Doreen x
