I created my background by blending distress oxide ink on a piece of watercolor paper. I then printed out the background scene from Make it Crafty and colored that with Copics. I stamped out the elements from the Fla la la Mingo set from Paperie Ink Stamps with Versafine Black and embossed with clear embossing powder. I colored with Copics and a white gel pen, fussy cut, and attached them to the scene with foam dimensional tape. I added a premade sentiment on kraft cardstock and a few little gemstone stickers.
