Make a Wish

Hello all!  I'm picking up my granddaughter from school this afternoon for her birthday sleepover tonight.  She's turning 6 tomorrow - she's my oldest, first grandchild and I just love watching her grow from a baby to an independent little girl. I'm so thankful that we have such a close bond!

I created my background by blending pink & purple Distress Inks on watercolor paper, then splashing water on it and dabbing with a paper towel. Image is a digi from Di's Digi Designs, colored with alcohol markers.  I stamped Make a Wish directly on the background paper with Distress Ink then embossed with clear embossing powder.  I added some gemstone stickers to finish it off.
