All That Scraps and Hanna & Friends

Good morning!  Today's card is for the:

I used Birgitta in the Rain from CC Designs, colored with Prismacolor pencils & mineral spirits.  I found this fun digi paper at Scrappiness Designs, and I fussy-cut some of the clouds from the paper to attach with pop dots.  Sentiment was done with my Dymo Caption Maker.  Peace.
