Rainbow Lady & Ribbon Girl

Back to the grind today!  I've had this post pulled up for 2 hours, but my son came out to chat with me this morning and I just have to take advantage of these talks when the opportunities arise (he's 18), so now I'm rushing to post before I leave for work.  :)  It was worth it, though, Trev is such a good kid... and he's struggling with what he wants to do in life, what he wants to "be", you know?  I can so relate - I'm 40 years old and I STILL don't know what I want to do or be!  LOL  So we chatted a bit and I gave him a pep talk and I think it made him feel a little better.  As a parent, I just wish so much I could make everything perfect for him.  With a snap of my fingers.  *sigh*  I guess that's the point of life, though, huh?  Struggling and growing and learning - I wouldn't really be doing him any favors if I fixed everything for him, as hard as that is to accept!

Anyway - for today I just have one card to share, and it's for the:

and

I colored my "Rags and Witches" image from Saturated Canary with Prismacolor pencils and mineral spirits and SU! markers.  I added some ribbon and sponged the background with black ink.

Have a fantastic day!  Peace.
