Holy cow - guess what? Today is my 300th blog post! Yay! I say that calls for some kind of celebration. Leave a comment on this post by Sunday night at 6:00 p.m. EST and you'll be entered to win a fabulous prize. I will post the winner here on Monday morning. Good luck. :)

I challenged myself to make a card using no stamps at all, and was able to use this one for 2 challenges:
The Pink Elephant 60 - use pastels
EmbellishMagazine with stitching
(here is the Embellish color scheme)And here is the card:
I love this Welcome Neighbor Designer Series background paper from Stampin' Up! It's one of the Sale-A-Bration products, and I just adore it! I used a rub-on and ribbon from SU! as well. Colors are Kraft, Pretty in Pink, and Bermuda Bay.
I love finding new challenge blogs to participate in! This card is just perfect for the
Flutter By Wednesdays open challenge
A friend of mine at work asked me to make her a set of sympathy cards. I tend to gravitate towards happy, cute, sparkly cards - so this was a little tough for me! I ended up making her 10 completely different cards and I did tone down the color scheme for some of them. I will share a few more with you on another post. I used that awesome Sweet Pea Designer Series background paper by Stampin' Up! Colors are Taken with Teal, Pretty in Pink, Old Olive and Pumpkin Pie. The stamped image is from a SU! set called "You Touch My Heart". I have tons of stamp sets by SU! but I hardly ever show them any love since I discovered TGF, All That Scraps, Pink Cat Studio, and Whimsie Doodles, among the other awesome and fabulous stamp and digi companies out there! LOL
Be back tomorrow, I was a busy girl this past weekend so I should have a post every day for you this week. Peace.
