hello & Paris

Hi friends - I have 2 cards to share today. The first is for the following challenges:

I stamped the flower from Unity Stamp Co.'s Boho Blooms set directly on the watercolor cardstock base in Versafine Black and embossed with clear embossing powder. I colored with Copics, then used some Scorched Timber Distress Oxide Ink through a stencil around the image, then misted with water and let dry. I sponged the edges with the same color ink. Finished it off with a tiny sticker sentiment.

I have a good friend, more like a sister, who LOVES all things Paris. I always think of An when I see anything to do with Paris/France/travel... so I made a card for her for the:

Cupcake Inspirations #636

I created my background by ink blending some Distress Oxide Inks on a piece of watercolor paper and spritzing with water. I stamped with Versafine Black and embossed with clear embossing powder (I bought this stamp set at a flea market so I don't know the manufacturer). Peace.
