I created my background by blending Distress Oxide Inks on a piece of watercolor paper. I stamped the "Little Miss Such on This" with a white pigment ink and embossed with white embossing powder. I stamped the Little Miss from Ink Road Stamps with Versafine Black and embossed with clear embossing powder. I fussy cut and attached her with foam dimensional tape, layering her on top of a die cut film strip. Peace.
