Happy St. Patrick's Day! It's one of my favorite holidays - not only am I Irish, but it's such a low pressure holiday as far as holidays go! LOL I am making my corned beef and cabbage (I pan fry my cabbage with onions and butter and sugar until it caramelizes, it's delicious) tonight, looking forward to it!
