I created my background with acrylic paints on my Gelli plate. Digi stamp is from Saturated Canary/Krista Smith, colored with alcohol markers and fussy-cut then attached with foam dimensional tape. Sentiment is a premade one from my stash (either Simon Says Stamp or Scrapbook.com - sorry, can't remember) and I outlined it with some Stickles Glitter Glue. Finished off with some gemstone stickers. Peace.
