KennyK: Black and Orange and One Other Color

Second post today because I wanted to get my card posted in time for the:

I used Trixxie Treat, colored with Prismacolor pencils & mineral spirits and Prismacolor markers.  DP and ribbon are from SU!  Peace.

Papelitos THIEVES & Dilly Beans: Spooky Girls

Hi everyone - the first thing I want to mention today is that Papelitos Stamps are STEALING images from other artists and re-selling them. I've gotten personal confirmation from her latest victim, Sarah con Hache. Please do not support this thief by buying/using Papelitos images, joining her challenges, or supporting her in any way. My name is linked to her challenge blog as a guest designer from before any of this was discovered - I've asked Cris from Papelitos (or whatever her real name is) MULTIPLE times to remove it and she refuses.  As a matter of fact, she moved my name to the top of her guest designer blog roll after I asked her to remove it. I don't know what is wrong with people - I have met some of the best and some of the worst people in the stamping/crafting community.  The funniest thing to me is that Papelitos has a disclaimer on their blog about being a member of Stamp Out! and it says that "Papelitos Stamps is a registered trademark. All our stamps are copyrighted. We are against theft of pictures. From this moment we take legal action against anyone who infuse false accusations about Papelitos Stamps."   Well, I'm accusing you because I caught you.  But you've been caught several times before, too, and you just don't care.  I just hope I can get the message out there to as many potential victims as possible.

We have a brand new challenge for you today at:

I used Teeghan's Spider Framed 2, printed on DP and colored with Prismacolor pencils & mineral spirits.  I added a witch wand & hat sticker I had in my stash, along with a web sticker.  Ribbon is from SU!  Peace.

Some Odd Girl: Sketch

Posting late today - my friend Tim left last night and I guess vacation is over!  :)  So today, I just have one quick card for the:

I used Halloween Tia, colored with Prismacolor pencils & mineral spirits.  I tried really hard not to copy the sketch completely literally, as I usually do, and I was happy with the results.  I hope you like it, too.  Peace.

Smudgy Antics: Movie Madness

Hey all!  We are taking our friend and house-guest, Tim, for a ride up north to see the Redwood trees and then back down coastal Route 1.  We're packing a cooler and plan to have a beach BBQ, I am really looking forward to it!

For my spot as a Guest Designer this month, here's my card for this week's:

My card represents a darker version of Alice in Wonderland - isn't this image fabulous?  It's called Cheshire Cat and it's from Smeared Ink.  I colored with Prismacolor pencils & mineral spirits and Prismacolor markers (a dash of Stickles, too), DP is from MME.  Charms, gemstone pearls, and block letters are from my stash.  Ribbon is from SU!  Peace.

HDH Macabre Monday: Creepy Cryptids

Did you all have a happy and productive World Card Making Day?  I didn't get quite as much done as I had hoped, but it's all good.  I did manage to get a few fun pieces made, one of them being this card for the:

The deal was to make something based on a creature that is thought to exist although there is no proof.  So - zombies exist, no?  Depends on who you ask.... creepy!  My zombie is from Saturated Canary.  :)
Peace.
