peace

Happy Halloween!!! I am so looking forward to seeing the girls in their costumes tonight - my daughter busted her butt to make them K-Pop Demon Hunter costumes and they are just going to be sooooo adorable - Grammy & Grampy will bring pizza over and then stay to hand out candy while they all go trick-or-treating. It's become one of my favorite traditions!

I'd like to enter the card below into the following challenges:

Simon Says Stamp Wednesday - Anything Goes

Lil Patch of Crafty Friends - Anything Goes

Pammie's Inky Pinkies - Anything Goes

Inkspirational - Seeing Stars

I had some leftover yellow ink on my Star Dots stencil from the October release at A Colorful Life Designs - I sprayed it with water and set it on a piece of watercolor paper. After it fully dried, I then used the same stencil and heavily applied Uncharted Mariner Distress Oxide Ink, which I then embossed with clear embossing powder. I die cut the word peace from a piece of watercolor paper that I had blended Uncharted Mariner all over and attached it with foam dimensional tape. You can use code JennFan10 for 10% off your purchase at A Colorful Life Designs! Peace.

Happy Haunting!

I have been out straight getting ready for my event next weekend - it's exhausting but it's worth it. We always have a great time and get to see people we haven't seen all year and it's crazy to me how much work goes into it and it's over in the blink of an eye! LOL

Anyway - I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:

Try it on Tuesday - Halloween

Passion for Markers - Halloween

TGIF #548 - Festive Treats

Simon Says Stamp Monday - Add Some Texture

Paper Funday - Anything Goes/Optional Cute or Creepy

Double D - Halloween Colors

I actually made this for the Color Hues challenge but forgot to post it before the linky expired!  LOL  Anyway, I created my background by ink blending purple distress oxide ink all over a piece of watercolor paper and then ink smooshing it. I die cut the spider web from a piece of watercolor paper that was distressed with Black Soot Oxide ink and added a little die cut spider that I attached googly eyes to. I stamped the cute Punkin Swissie from CC Designs with Versafine Black and embossed with clear embossing powder. I colored her with Copics and used some chunky clear glitter on her lollipop. I fussy cut her and attached her with foam dimensional tape.  Added a ribbon tag and some little orange gemstone stickers to finish it off. Peace.

Gnome-o-Ween set with Versafine Black and embossed with clear embossing powder. I colored with Copics, fussy cut, and attached with foam dimensional tape. Peace.

Mischief Maker

Gotta get this one in for today - this one is for the following challenge:

Color Dare #674

I created my background by blending Distress Oxide Inks on watercolor paper. I used a nesting die with stitched edge rectangles and postage frames, then stamped my image from Ink Road Stamps directly on the background with Versafine Black and embossed with clear embossing powder. I added pink brads in the corners to finish it off. Peace.

Will you be my dad?

Hello all! I'd like to pop this card below into the following challenges:

Seize the Birthday - No Topping

Pammie's Inky Pinkies - Anything Goes

Art Nudge October #1025C

Isn't this the sweetest?  A friend of mine asked me to make a card for her son to give to her hubby, who has raised him since he was a baby, asking him to adopt him!  I was so honored!  She gave me some ideas and this is what I came up with. The background is ink blended and then stenciled. I printed out the digi stamps ("Bigfoot" is a free coloring page I found online and the robot is from Birdie Brown) and colored them with Copics, I used some diamond glaze on the robot's eyes and balloon. I fussy cut and attached with foam dimensional tape. I used a speech bubble die cut for the "Will you be my dad?" sentiment. Peace.
