This one is called Field of Stars:
I created my background by sprinkling some Lindy's Magicals in Impressionist Ink through my stencil, then spritzing with water. I die cut the Terrific Ticket dies from Unity Stamp Co. out of watercolor paper and then sprinkled Peony Pink Party from the Garden Chronicles set at Lindy's on that, spritzing with water and letting dry. I stamped the sentiment on that with Versafine Black and embossed with a clear sparkly embossing powder, then added some little rhinestone stickers. I printed out my sweet little witch from Mo's Digital Images (Moon Child Witch) and colored her with Copics. I used a rounded edge rectangle nesting die to cut her out, fussy cutting around her broom, then attached with foam tape. I added a little die cut cauldron to the corner.
