I used Magic Wand Girl for my card. My papers are from Doodlebug Designs. I colored with Copics and used a deckled edge circle nesting die from Mama Elephant to cut it out. I kept this one very simple to keep the focus on the sweet girl.

The image I used is called CatFlap-Florence:

I printed out my background paper from Polkadoodles and stamped the sentiments from Tracey Hey's Batty set in the upper left corner. I printed out the CatFlap-Florence from Dr. Digi and colored with Copics. I stamped another sentiment on the top of the box and fussy cut, then attached with foam tape. I finished it off with some red pearl stickers.

Fall Foliage hello

 Good morning!  Today I'm sharing a card with the same stencil I used for yesterday's post, but in the reverse fashion this time.  This is the Fall Foliage stencil (don't forget to use code JennFan10 for 10% off!) from the September release at A Colorful Life Designs:

I hate wasting anything so I always try to get a reverse print out of my stencils. For this one, I just spritzed it with water after using it traditionally with some Rustic Wilderness Distress Oxide Ink and then let it dry while sitting on a piece of watercolor paper. I love the unique prints you get this way. I sponged some more ink on the edges for some dimension. I printed out the digi from Krista Smith, colored with Copics, fussy cut, and attached with foam tape. I added a die cut "hello" from some kraft cardstock. Finished off with a large pearl sticker from my stash.

Fall Foliage Hugs

 Good morning! We've been enjoying some nice Autumn weather with crisp, cool nights - perfect for sleeping with the windows open! I absolutely love Fall.  I would have to say that Fall/Autumn/Halloween cards are also my favorite craft to make! Today I have a card to share showcasing one of the stencils from the new release at:

This one is called Fall Foliage:

I have so many inks, sprays, powders, etc., it's actually ridiculous - but I find myself going for my Distress Oxide Ink pads over and over again, especially when I'm making backgrounds. I just love the way water reacts with them, I love the way you can emboss it, I love the way you can layer and blend it to look lighter or darker...anyway, that's what I used here. I blended heavily through the stencil and embossed that with a clear sparkly embossing powder, then I ran the ink pad around the edges and spritzed water lightly, letting it run a bit to get a watercolor effect. I printed out my digi stamp from Krista Smith and colored with Copics, then cut her out and sponged the edges with brown ink. I added the die cut "hugs" to this panel, then I die cut the panel behind her with a stitched edge square nesting die and added some rhinestone stickers to it.

I created my background by ink smooshing with blues and greens from my Distress Oxide Ink pads and Mica Spray Stains. I used some texture paste through a mermaid scale stencil and let that dry, then attached an anchor die cut. stamped the Whimsabella Mermaid Starfish Sparkle from Stamping Bella with Versafine Black and embossed with clear embossing powder. I colored with Copics and used a rounded edge rectangle die to cut her out. I added a couple little gemstone pearls I had in my stash that matched the colors I used. I added a sentiment from my stash and attached a little die cut heart to it. Peace.

Webby Leaf - A Colorful Life Designs

 Happy Saturday!  We have a busy weekend planned - my husband and I run a rather large cannabis competition and tradeshow event every year on Veteran's Day weekend.  This year will be our 10th event! We are accepting submissions into our competition up until Sunday, when we have a little party and let everyone who waited until the last day hang out a bit. It's a lot of fun but a lot of work! I used some Distress Oxide Inks and blended them on a piece of watercolor paper, then sponged the edges with extra black ink. I applied more Black Soot Distress Oxide ink through my Webby Leaf stencil. I stamped the images (31 from Unity Stamp Co.) directly on the background with Versafine Black and embossed with clear embossing powder, then colored the spider with Copics.

Tic Tac Toe Challenge #300 (I used 2 different rows - letters/numbers, sentiment, and die cut/punch and also die cut/punch, patterned paper, and bright colors)

My papers are from Unity Stamp Co.'s Bohemian Dream paper pad. I used the same paper pad to die cut the numbers from, and stamped the sentiment on the background with Scorched Timber Distress Ink. I stamped my martini girl (Stamping Bella) with Versafine Black and embossed with clear embossing powder. I colored her with Copics, fussy cut, and attached with foam tape. Peace.

I used the reverse stencil technique on this one, I love the watercolor look of the background. I used the same colors to die cut some Autumn leaves (This Calls for Confetti), then I die cut the frame and the tag (Mama Elephant's Line Detail Frames Creative Cuts set) from Kraft cardstock. I sponged the tag's edges with black ink and stamped the sentiment on it (Unity Stamp Co.) with Versafine Black, then embossed with a clear sparkly embossing powder. I added some little orange rhinestone stickers to finish it off.

All About Papercraft #9 - Masculine

I used the Nested Coffin dies from Scrapbook.com for my shaped card - I just left one edge off of the die when I ran it through my machine, leaving the long side on the left folded. I stamped the gnome (stamps from the Witch Way set from Unity Stamp Co.) with Versafine Black and embossed with clear embossing powder. I colored with Copics, fussy cut, and attached with foam dots. I used the Ranger Tart Cranberry Mica Spray to drip down the white coffin to mimic blood, then stamped the sentiment on that. I added some die cut spider webs and some red pearl stickers. Peace.

I first stenciled the moon (Tim Holtz) with Distress Oxide Ink on watercolor paper. I then stenciled the Flying Witch with Black Soot Distress Oxide Ink and embossed with clear sparkly embossing powder. I love the SSS products and have several of their stamp sets - this one is called Hocus Pocus. I grabbed a background from my stash that I had made previously with a stencil and some purple & yellow inks. I stamped the books and sentiment directly on the background (everything is stamped with Versafine Black and embossed with clear embossing powder), then stamped the witch out separately and fussy cut her. I colored with Copics and attached her with foam tape.

 Good morning!  I spent the entire day in my craft room yesterday and it was so soothing. Hubby went and played disc golf all day and grabbed us a pizza for dinner, such a nice relaxing day!

I grabbed a piece of watercolor paper that I had already colored with some Lindy's Magicals and die cut an ATC with the Artist Trading Card Creative Cut from Mama Elephant. I did some script stamping (Hero Arts Mixed Textures stamp set) on it and sponged the edges with black. I then die cut some fern leaves (mushroom & leaf dies from Hero Arts Mushrooms & Ferns Fancy Dies set) from the same paper. I die cut the mushrooms from some more scraps and colored them with my ink blending brush and some Distress Inks. I attached everything with adhesive and used foam tape on the last mushroom.

Then I turned the ATC into a card that I'd like to enter into the:

I applied the same color Lindy's Magicals (Vintage Vines from the Garden Chronicles set) to a new piece of watercolor paper and then stamped more of the stamps from the Mixed Textures set all over it. I layered a piece of black cardstock that I had left over from another project under the ATC, then added a little text sticker from a Tim Holtz sentiment sticker book. Peace.

 Gooooood morning!  Fall is definitely in the air in central Massachusetts and I am not upset about it. It's a perfect day to share one of my Autumn cards I made with one of the stencils from the September release (don't forget you can always use code JennFan10 to save 10%) at:

This is called Waning Leaves:

I used the stencil in the reverse fashion after applying Lindy's Magicals to it. I LOVE the way the colors from the Laurel Garden set blended together to create this magical Fall card! I used the same set of Lindy's on scrap pieces of watercolor paper and then die cut the sentiment (Banner Greetings from Mama Elephant) and Autumn leaves (This Calls for Confetti Autumn Artisan Dies) from them, attaching with foam dots. I used the Six Scallop Window Creative Cuts with a stitched edge from Mama Elephant, cut from Kraft cardstock, for the frame.

Conjurer of Dreams Tag & Free Image Challenges

 I've got a couple projects to share for the Conjurer of Dreams challenges - this first one is for the September Tag challenge:

I die cut a tag and stenciled some wood grain on it. I used the September freebie along with some older images from Conjurer of Dreams (fairy on bee, gnome, and birdhouse), fussy cutting before applying to the scene. I added some sentiment stickers from a Tim Holtz sticker book. Tied it off with a pink ribbon.

And next up is my entry for the September Free Image challenge:

I printed out the free September image from Conjurer of Dreams and mounted it on a piece of olive colored cardstock that I die cut with a die from Emily Moore Designs Decorative Sentiment Dies set. I layered some die cut sticks (I believe Altenew is the brand) behind the image after stamping some text stamps on the card base. I finished it off with a sentiment sticker from a Tim Holtz book. Peace.

I used my Artist Trading Card Creative Cuts from Mama Elephant to create my one-layer ATC. I printed out Mushrooms from Krista Smith and then die cut around her, framing her to line up at the bottom. I colored her with Copics and glitter, added some Liquid Diamonds to her glasses, and stamped the sentiment in the corner. I sponged the edges with some Rustic Wilderness Distress Ink and added a few little red pearl stickers. Peace.
