boop

I can't believe I totally forgot to post my card for the current challenge at:

The Paper Shelter

Theme is anything goes or optional Clean and Simple - I used the adorable Are You Ready My Friend image, colored with Copics and Fun Flock. I used some inks and sprays to create the background, then used a stitched edge die cut for the image, splattering that with more ink. I die cut the "boop" sentiment.

I would like to enter this into the following challenges:

Jingle Belles - Cardstock Christmas/No DP

Christmas Kickstart #102 - Santa in September

Outlawz Festive Friday - Christmas Theme

Outlawz Main Linky for September

Peace.

Falling Leaves - All Dressed Up New Release

Happy Sunday! I know it's not quite Fall yet, but the days are definitely a little cooler here in central Massachusetts and the leaves are slowly starting to show signs of changing colors so I'm embracing it!  LOL  We have a new release for September at All Dressed Up and I chose this adorable Falling Leaves image to work with!

And here are the other 2 images:

Tip Toe

Acorn Season

I would like to enter my card into the following challenges:

Paper Funday - Anything Goes/Optional Changing Seasons

Time Out #296

Creative Knockouts - Lots of Layers

Creative Inspiration #30 - Anything Goes

AAA Colourful - Reds & Oranges of Fall

I colored her with Copics and used a stitched deckled edge circle die cut to cut her out. I used papers from Unity Stamp Co., adding a die cut fern leaf to the background. Sentiment is a text sticker from a Tim Holtz sticker book. Peace.

Hope Your Day is Pure Magic

Heading out this morning to pick up bagels and go visit the grandkids so they can tell us all about school!  I'm so happy that they all love it - let's hope that doesn't change as the year goes on! LOL

I know it's not traditional, but this is a wedding card that I made for a good friend. I'd like to enter it into the following challenges:

Simon Says Stamp Monday - Stamptember (no digis)

Simon Says Stamp Wednesday - Stamptember (no digis)

Stencil Fun - Anything Goes/Optional Nature

As You Like It - Layered or Flat and Why

(it can be fun to challenge myself by trying to create depth and texture with a one layer card - using multiple colors of ink can help!)

Alphabet Challenge - K is for Keep it Simple

I created my background by ink blending Black Soot, Villainous Potion, and Broken China Distress Oxide inks on watercolor paper. I then "ink smooshed" them a bit by pressing the paper into water I had sprayed on my glass mat. Once dry, I flicked white ink all over it. I then used clear embossing ink through my Quarter Moons stencil from the September release at A Colorful Life Designs and embossed it with white embossing powder. I did the same with the stamped sentiment. You can use code JennFan10 for 10% off at the shop on top of the already discounted price below! Peace.

My Feline Friend

Happy Saturday! I've got an old friend coming over for lunch today who recently lost her husband unexpectedly. We've been friends since middle school but kind of lost touch over the years, and reconnected through our mutual grief this year. It's crazy (but nice) how you can be with certain people - like no time passed at all. I love people like that.

I'd like to enter the card below into the following challenges:

Show Us Your Pussycats #115 - Anything Goes

Pammie's Inky Pinkies - Anything Goes

Let's Craft & Create #223 - Anything Goes/Optional Lots of Layers

Time Out #296- Friendship/Encouragement/Support

My papers are from Doodlebug Designs. I stamped Newton from the Newton's Book Club set with Versafine Black and embossed with clear embossing powder. I colored him with Copics and fussy cut him, then attached to the die cut circle with foam dimensional tape. Peace.

Holiday Magic

Good morning! I'd like to enter the card below into the following challenges:

Sunday Stamps #368

Jingle Belles - Cardstock Christmas (no DP)

Holly & Ivy #190 - Anything Christmas Goes

Wednesday's Creative Inspiration - Christmas in September

Simon Says Stamp Monday - Stamptember (no digis)

Simon Says Stamp Wednesday - Stamptember (no digis)

I used Iced Spruce and Festive Berries Oxide Inks on watercolor paper. I stamped the pine needles from Uniko with Iced Spruce and embossed with clear embossing powder. I stamped the sentiment from Mama Elephant's Retro Holiday Labels with Festive Berries and embossed with clear embossing powder. I used gemstone stickers down the side. Peace.

You Can Count on Me!

I can never get enough of Halloween cards - I make them all year long! I love the Fall when the challenges start focusing on Halloween!

I'd like to enter my card below into the following challenges:

Simon Says Stamp Monday - Stamptember (no digis)

Simon Says Stamp Wednesday - Stamptember (no digis)

Show Us Your Pussycats #115 - Anything Goes with Cats

Two Old Bats - Anything Halloween Goes

Inky Paws #244: Fall/Halloween

I found this background that I made previously in my stash and it was just perfect for this card! It's alcohol inks on Yupo paper (orange and black). I die cut the fence and the bats, then stamped Newton from the Count Newton set with Versafine Black and embossed with clear embossing powder. I colored with Copics, fussy cut, and attached with foam dimensional tape. I stamped the sentiment directly on the background. Peace.
