I hope you all had a happy Hallloween/Samhein celebration! My amazing daughter made her 3 littles K-Pop Demon Hunter costumes and they were just absolutely adorable, they had so much fun - see how fierce they are? LOL

Classic Design Challenge #10 - Anything Goes/Optional Autumn Splendor
Simon Says Stamp Wednesday - Anything Goes
I created my background by blending Carved Pumpkin Distress Oxide ink on a piece of watercolor paper - I love how adding water to the panel creates different shades of orange with one ink pad. I used Early Espresso and Villainous Potion on another piece of watercolor paper, sprayed with water, blotted with a paper towel, and die cut with a deckled edge circle die. I used a cauldron & bone die cut along with a little digi from A Day for Daisies (the ghost cupcake), colored with Copics and fussy cut. I attached them with foam dimensional tape. Sentiment was stamped with Early Espresso & embossed with clear embossing powder. I tied some twine on it to finish it off. Peace.

Your card is so sweet Jenn and your grandkids look like they had a fun time! I love how you created your own card stock for the purple and brown using inks and the different shades of orange you've achieved in your background. Such a cute ghost cupcake too! ReplyDeleteJenn, yes Halloween is even more fun if you create your own costumes (just a lot of extra work)! My youngest granddaughter went as Rumi. Your Halloween card is adorable. I don't know if it was conscious, but you even used Demon Hunter colors for your card!! Thank you so much for sharing your card with us at Try A Sketch On Tuesday!!! -Donna
