Hello all - I hope your Summer is off to a good start! I'd like to enter the card below into the following challenges:
Simon Says Stamp Wednesday - Going Around in Circles
A Place to Start - Anything Goes/Optional Recycling
As You Like It - To Add a Sentiment or Not
(I do like to add a sentiment usually - it just helps convey the message of the card)
I created my backgrounds by ink blending with Distress Oxide Inks and stamping. I used a postage stamp die cut to mount the vase on with a script stamp in the background - all stamps are from the Soul Mail set at Unity Stamp Co., colored with Copics and fussy cut. I added another die cut tucked behind the postage stamp die and finished it off with some gemstone stickers.
And one more I'd like to enter into the following challenges:
Alphabet Challenge - E is for Embossing
Heart's Quest Challenge - Anything Fantasy Goes/Optional Fairy Focus
Pammie's Inky Pinkies - Anything Goes
I created my own window panel with die cuts on a piece of watercolor paper that I had ink smooshed on and attached it to another piece of watercolor paper that I blended Black Soot Distress Oxide on. I stamped the dragons from MFT's JB Fiery Friends set with Versafine Black, embossed with clear embossing powder, and colored with Copics. I fussy cut and attached each one with foam dimensional tape. I die cut the sentiment and sponged the edges, added some gemstones and attached that with foam tape as well. Peace.
How pretty, that is such a cool die cut up on the corner! Thanks for sharing with us at the Alphabet Challenge!
