Here Comes Halloween Season!

 I've got 2 cards to share today - I am having a nice, quiet week and spending lots of time in my craft room.  My oldest granddaughter, Raeana (RaeRae), started kindergarten today and my daughter and I are both a little emotional over it.  LOL Here she is on her first day:

I used some modeling paste and a stencil to create the honeycomb background, which I then used Distress Inks with a blending brush to color.  The bee/sentiment/die cuts are from Visible Image.  Peace.

I stumbled upon this stamp company I had never heard of and I fell in love instantly - Alpaca Pals/Tracey Hey Designs.  OMG - I had to buy a few sets.  This one is called Streaky Bacon, I stamped this adorable pig directly on my background paper that I made with Lindy's Magicals.  Added a piece of black rick-rack ribbon and the sentiment.

I love this background - it's Distress Inks and I used a stencil with water on watercolor paper.  I then stamped some texture stamps from Visible Image in black and used some foam dimensional tape to attach my image - I printed the flowers twice and fussy-cut the darker colored flower and attached it with another piece of foam tape, and then embossed it with clear embossing powder and tied a piece of black twine around the bouquet stems.  Peace.
