Good morning! I'd like to enter this little ATC into the following challenges:
Time Out #298 (I used Season and Spatter)
Just Us Girls #795 - Die Week/Leaves
I used Lindy's Magicals to create this whole thing - I painted the rust color all over a piece of watercolor paper and then die cut the sentiment and the leaf from it, attaching them with foam dimensional tape. I used a lighter color yellow for the background piece, then splattered the leftover rust-colored pigment all over it.

I stamped this cute dragon from Simon Says Stamp Happy Hauntings with Versafine Black and embossed with clear embossing powder. I colored with Copics and used some Diamond Glaze on the balloon. I used a deckled edge rectangle die to cut him out and mount on the DP (Echo Park). Peace.
