My cute mermaid & sentiment stamps are from The Greeting Farm. I created my background using paint on my Gelli Plate and a fun bubble die-cut plate. Peace.

ReplyDeleteOh of course! This one is the Sizzix Thinlits Die 665211 Bubbling by Tim Holtz - it seems to be cheapest on Amazon or Etsy at the moment! :)
