Papers/sentiment are from Doodlebug Designs. I used the sweet Christmas Doll Stocking digi, colored with Copics. I used a stitched edge oval nesting die to cut her out, layered with another one cut from coordinating DP behind her. I added some gemstone stickers and a candy cane brad:
