The stencil I used is called Falling Dots, I'd like to enter this card into the following challenges:

Simon Says Stamp Wednesday - Something New

Just Us Girls Word Week: Encouragement

I created my background by applying Stormy Sky Distress Oxide Ink on a piece of watercolor paper. I sprayed it with water, blotted it with a paper towel, and let it dry. I applied Chipped Sapphire Distress Oxide Ink through the Falling Dots stencil, mimicking the look of rain falling. I printed out the image from Krista Smith, colored with Copics and used a stitched edge oval die to cut it out. I attached it with foam dimensional tape and finished it off with a sentiment sticker from a Tim Holtz book. Peace.
