For a Lovely Bride

 I went to a bridal shower today for a young lady who means a lot to me.  My friend Tanya, who I grew up with, had 3 daughters.  Makayla & Makenzie are twins and Mariah was born one year later.  I have always been super close with all 3 of them.  Makenzie is getting married in October and today was her bridal shower.  It was absolutely beautiful.  This is the card I made for her, which I'd like to enter into the following challenges:

I used a sweet mermaid image from Heather Ellis, colored with alcohol markers and the pearl was added with some "Pops of Color" from Scrapbook.com.  Sentiment was stamped & embossed with white embossing powder.  Background was made with my Gelli Plate and a stencil.  Peace.

 Got back from California Tuesday night - spent yesterday re-acclimating to real life and now I'm back!  We had a WONDERFUL time away and attended the most fun wedding I've ever been to.  I've been on a mermaid kick lately. Dream BIG Little One!

 Well we're back to Monday again!  LOL  Yesterday I had a little baby "sprinkle" for my daughter Cassidy. She's about to have her 4th baby, but her first BOY!  So we had to be sure he wasn't forced to wear pink hand-me-downs all Summer! hee hee  This is the card that I made for her, as baby is due on July 11 and will most likely be a Cancer unless he surprises us all and comes super early or super late!
