Hello friends - today I'm posting my last project as Bombshell's Ms. July!

The stamps are from the set called Hula Girl, and I used some spritzes to create the background paper.  I colored her with Prismacolor markes and added some flower brads and an anchor charm.

Seize the Day: ATC

OK so I know you're dying to know - I survived my 1st week back to work!  :)  Although I was exhausted by Friday and wondering how the Hell I did it back when I had small children at home!  I started on a good week - Jeremy's in California, Trevor's in Japan, and Cass was in Maine for the week.  So it was nice to not have to worry about taking care of anyone else while adjusting to the working world again!

So if you remember, I'm the Ms. July Bombshell Pin Up Girl and today I have a little ATC to share:

I'd like to enter this into the following challenges:
I had bought these little canvas-sized ATC blanks at the craft store and decided to play with them, so I used my acrylic paints to create the background and then dragged the edges through a black ink pad.  I stamped the volcano image from the Hula Girl set in black and colored with Prismacolor markers and Stickles  The sentiment is a sticker from SRM Stickers.  Peace.

Oddball Art Co. Guest DT!

Good morning!  So excited - I started my new job yesterday!  I had Orientation yesterday, so it was a shorter day than normal, which was kind of a nice way to ease back into it!  My hours will be 7:30-4, Monday through Friday.  It's been 4 years since I've worked full-time and I think I'm ready to get back to it.  It will be nice to appreciate weekends again.  But my crafty time is going to be seriously cut into - just going to have to improvise and maybe start crafting in the evenings!

Anyway - today I'm also excited to announce that I'm serving as a Guest Design Team member for the next 6 months for:

And we have a new challenge for you today:

I would like to enter this into the following challenges:

Glitter n Sparkle: Anything Goes
Pumpkin Spice: Anything Goes
Treasured Times: Anything Goes

I colored this awesome image with Prismacolor pencils & mineral spirits.  Papers are from echo park - the little embellishment skull/flower thing has been in my stash forever.  The sentiment is a rubber stamp from My Favorite Things.  Peace.
