Make a Wish

Happy Monday (blah - says who?)!  ;)  Today's card is being entered into the following challenges:




I colored this sweet image from Digi Stamp Boutique with Prismacolor pencils & mineral spirits, a bit of Copics and a touch of Stickles.  I added some sparkly crowns and some charms (crown, flower, and key).  Papers are from My Mind's Eye.  Peace.
